- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Supply Chain IT and ServiceNow CSM
- Proven background supporting ServiceNow implementations, especially within the CSM module
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written – for seamless collaboration with global teams
- Willingness and ability to work across various time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, US)
- Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for DevOps teams
- ServiceNow certification preferred
Responsibilities and Job Details
