Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Supply Chain IT and ServiceNow CSM
  • Proven background supporting ServiceNow implementations, especially within the CSM module
  • Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written – for seamless collaboration with global teams
  • Willingness and ability to work across various time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, US)
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for DevOps teams
  • ServiceNow certification preferred

Responsibilities and Job Details

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ServiceNow projects
  • Facilitate and document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks
  • Focus on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to enhance supply chain and customer service workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Support system design and configuration based on business input and technical feasibility
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions using ServiceNow capabilities
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies to ensure business needs are met throughout development
  • Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and system specifications
  • Leverage ServiceNow learning credits to stay updated on platform enhancements
  • Help ensure successful transition and knowledge handover from current BA as contract ends
  • Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Operate within a flexible schedule that respects regional holidays and working hours
