LATAM Payroll Compliance Specialist

Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 4-7 years of relevant experience in payroll management, including knowledge of SUA, SAT, and IMSS regulations. Experience working with payroll software and systems is an advantage. Excellent time management and organizational skills are crucial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Intermediate level of Spanish and English language proficiency. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Job Summary :
The Payroll Compliance Specialist will oversee the preparation and calculation of payrolls across LATAM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional regulations.
About the Role :
- Responsibilities include payroll preparation, accounting for income and expenses, bank reconciliations, and financial statement management.
- Accurate record-keeping and timely reporting are essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LATAM payroll laws and regulations.
- Advanced English language skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
