Project Leadership Role

The main objective of this role encompasses five key areas of responsibility.

• Ensure the delivery of projects that meet safety, efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and expert spokesperson on project delivery engagements, working closely with various teams while maintaining a strong interface with contractors.
• Guarantee that contractors and managers employ world-class safety methods, meeting cost and schedule commitments.
• Build a project team of internal and external resources to deliver safe, effective, and capital-efficient design and procurement throughout the project.
• Implement top-notch cost, schedule, and forecasting tools to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
• Manage stakeholder and interface relationships for overall project delivery. Provide regular communication to functional and business stakeholders with tailored content based on their technical skill and interest level.
• Hold full accountability for the safety, cost, schedule, communication, scope, risk, quality, and delivery of the project through the team.
• Foster a safety and quality culture, leading by example.
• Oversee interfaces and effective communication with mining operations, projects, finance, procurement, legal, vendors, and contractors in Mexico.
