One of our clients is seeking a tech-savvy and creative Automations Specialist to design and implement smart workflows across platforms like Airtable, ClickUp, Zapier, and Amazon Seller Central. About the Role

You will lead automation efforts across eCommerce and internal operations—integrating tools, developing custom Airtable systems, building AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, and optimizing performance reporting. Your mission is to make systems smarter, faster, and more enjoyable for both the team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build automations for Amazon Seller Central workflows (inventory, reporting, performance)
• Develop advanced Airtable systems for internal tracking and collaboration
• Connect apps via Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, and custom APIs
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance process intelligence and engagement
• Partner with teams to identify bottlenecks and design creative solutions
• Build dashboards for actionable insights
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems for reliability and scalability
