The Ux Researcher Jr is responsible for driving the the UI / UX team by doing a deep research efforts of the local product, to investigate the customer pain points and propose actionable solutions that can optimize user experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Drive the UI / UX research efforts of the local product team. - Periodically map out the user journey to investigate the customer pain points and propose actionable solutions that can optimize user experience. - Provide regular insights on the product updates of local market peers, synthesize findings to develop strategic insights and recommendations. - Communicate the research insights to a variety of audiences. - Support on-demand product design requirement. - Work closely with the product management team to validate features.
• Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in UX research for digital based products. - Strong methodological grounding and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, usability tests, interviews. - Basic UI design skills, familiar with figma. - Strong sense of user understanding, enthusiastic about improving user experience creativity and team work. - Excellent communication, collaboration, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
