We’re looking for a Media Buyer & GHL Specialist who thrives on ownership, precision, and performance. You’ll manage campaigns and systems end-to-end—from onboarding through launch and optimization—maintaining the highest standards for quality, accountability, and results.
The Role
As a Facebook & Instagram Media Buyer , you’ll take charge of planning, building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns that generate real results for our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative and account management teams to ensure every campaign launches on time, performs effectively, and continually improves.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on—a problem-solver who delivers consistently excellent work without needing to be micromanaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for new and existing clients.
- Develop and refine ad creatives and copy that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI).
- Troubleshoot technical or performance issues across ads, funnels, and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution from onboarding to reporting.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes, ad policy updates, and emerging best practices.

Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with measurable results.Skilled in Canva and basic short-form video editing for ad creatives.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and ad metrics.Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and figures things out independently.Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines without losing quality.Experience with marketing integrations and optimizing client tech stacks is a plus.What We Offer
