IT Specialist / Especialista TI

Principales responsabilidades de trabajo

• Soporte técnico para aplicaciones personalizadas relacionadas con la producción.
• Contacto principal para preguntas relacionadas con hardware y software.
• Apoyar las actividades de escaneo e impresión para todos los miembros del equipo.
• Asistir en la implementación de actualizaciones de sistemas e integridad de seguridad.
• Mantener y solucionar problemas de LAN / WAN e infraestructura inalámbrica.
• Monitoreo proactivo de sistemas para incluir identificación de problemas, escalamiento y resolución.
• Proceso de redacción y documentación del flujo de trabajo.
• Coordinación de hardware, sistema operativo y configuración del software.
• Capacitar a los usuarios finales en aplicaciones de hardware y software.
