This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal policies, risk mitigation, and process improvement while contributing to a global organization.Key Responsibilities : Assist in creating, updating, and communicating internal policies and procedures.Collaborate with departments to understand operations and identify control gaps.Communicate deficiencies to management and recommend improvements.Review and revise documentation to ensure policy consistency.Participate in discussions on proposed policy changes.Support remediation plans and audit follow-ups.Requirements : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.Intermediate English language proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
