Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who is passionate about beauty, social media, and has a strong track record in defining, building, and overseeing social media strategy while cultivating and nurturing a community.
You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced remote environment, working with top beauty brands to help them grow, engage, and support their community. The ideal candidate will have a social-first approach, be flexible and proactive, and know how to juggle multiple projects in real time.
What you’ll do
- Social Media Management & Strategy : Develop strategies to grow clients’ social media engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
- Content Calendars : Create and manage calendars, plan content, include events, holidays, and captions.
- Content Creation : Brief designers / creators, leverage UGC, and create content when needed.
- Captions & Copywriting : Write compelling and flawless captions in English.
- Instagram Story Strategy : Concept, plan, and create when needed.
- TikTok Content : Brief, create, and manage TikTok content as needed.
- Performance & Reporting : Track KPIs, analyze results, provide monthly reports with key learnings and recommendations.
- Community Engagement : Support engagement, develop tone of voice, and identify proactive opportunities.
- Research & Trends : Stay up to date on beauty / social trends, propose innovative content ideas, and monitor competitor activities.
- Client Interaction : Act as day-to-day contact, respond to strategic questions, and eventually lead client calls.

At least 3 years of social media experience, specifically with beauty brands, Skin Care, (large / global brands preferred).Fluent English (oral & written) – error-free communication.Bachelor’s degreeStrong experience in content calendar management (Instagram & TikTok).Experience writing captions and managing brand voice.Proven ability to manage client communication and act as the main point of contact.Proficiency with Canva and CapCut.Remote work readiness : owns personal computer and can work 9 : 00–6 : 00 PM EST.Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience at top beauty groups (e.g., L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Coty, etc.).Portfolio showcasing beauty-focused social media campaigns.Experience leading social assessments and client strategy sessions.Knowledge of Adobe Suite or additional content tools.Comfort with appearing in or creating content on short notice.
