Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced  Plant Manager  to lead and oversee daily operations at our protective fabric manufacturing facility in the  Mexico City area . This position is critical to ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe production — with a strong focus on  weaving operations . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex textile manufacturing environments and a deep understanding of woven fabric production, ideally for flame-resistant or high-performance textile markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide full leadership and operational oversight for all plant functions including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics.
• Manage and optimize weaving operations with a strong focus on productivity, process efficiency, and quality control.
• Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing, lean production, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional plant teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with global operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to support strategic goals and technical improvements.
• Manage plant budgets, costs, and capital investment projects.
