Regional Quality Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Director to manage all aspects of quality performance in North America region.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Setting quality KPIs & goals for the region / sites
• Providing direction to sites to meet these goals
• Ensuring project transfers & new programs are successful & follow NPI systems
• Providing technical & QMS leadership to improve product quality & other quality-related services
• Key Qualifications :
• Proven experience in managing quality teams & driving incident / COPQ reduction
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage site quality leaders & regional quality team
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
