DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :

Consultora para apoyar la respuesta al brote de sarampin en Mxico
Objetivo : Apoyar en las actividades de respuesta al brote de sarampin en Mxico.
Actividades esperadas :
Fortalecer las acciones del Equipo de Respuesta Rpida (ERRA) del nivel federal. Contribuir con el anlisis situacional de los brotes de sarampin a nivel nacional. Asesorar con respecto a las medidas de control de brote que se implementen en las reas afectadas con brotes de sarampin en el pas. Apoyar las actividades de respuesta en las reas con brotes activos con nfasis en el estado de Chihuahua. Apoyar en el anlisis de los resultados de la intensificacin de la vacunacin. Apoyar la implementacin de Monitoreos Rpidos de Vacunados (MRV) para identificar los bolsones de no vacunados. Fortalecer la vigilancia epidemiolgica a travs del monitoreo de los indicadores de vigilancia y la orientacin en la implementacin de bsquedas activas comunitarias institucionales y de laboratorio como parte de las acciones de control y cierre de brotes. Coordinar con los diferentes actores nacionales de los estados y de la OPS-Mxico para triangular informacin de vacunacin laboratorio y seguimiento de casos sospechosos y confirmados que faciliten la toma de decisiones en todos los niveles. Documentar por escrito y con fotos las acciones acompaadas en terreno como parte del informe de avances y del informe final. Apoyar la realizacin de la reunin de la RVC en Ciudad de Mxico entre el 4 y el 7 de noviembre del 2025. Otras tareas que surjan en el trabajo asignado.
Calificaciones experiencia habilidades e idiomas
- Educacin. Profesional de la salud de preferencia con ttulo de enfermera o medicina con maestra en salud pblica epidemiologa o afines. Estudios o grado de doctorado sern un plus.
- Experiencia. Al menos 10 aos de experiencia nacional e internacional en implementacin monitoreo y evaluacin de programas nacionales de inmunizaciones. Experiencia en respuesta a brotes de sarampin sern un plus. Publicaciones cientficas en revista indizadas sern un plus.
- Idioma. Excelente comunicacin oral y escrita en espaol.

Periodo : 11 de octubre al 13 de diciembre de 2025Lugar dnde se desarrollar la consultora : Ciudad de MxicoEl contrato requerir que la persona seleccionada se desplace a nivel nacional a fin de brindar cooperacin en terreno para la respuesta a los brotes.Pago :
Pago mnimo de USD 258 y mximo de USD 314 diario.
Productos
Primer producto. Plan de trabajo. El plan debe detallar aspectos relacionados a los componentes de la respuesta a brote : 1) Organizacin del equipo 2) Anlisis situacional 3) Identificacin de medidas de control 4) Acciones de monitoreo. Segundo producto. Anlisis de situacin del brote y monitoreo. Anlisis actualizado de la evolucin de los brotes en el pas y la implementacin de las medidas de control. Tercer producto. Informe final de la intervencin. Debe incluir un anlisis de la situacin del brote recuento de actividades realizadas y situacin de las medidas de control (coberturas de vacunacin monitoreos rpidos de vacunacin bsquedas activas entre otros). Estas deben estar apoyadas con material grfico.
