What You’ll Do :

• Be the voice (and heart) of our brands across email, chat, and phone.
• Support customers with questions about products, orders, and returns.
• Use data and common sense to provide clear, friendly, and solution-driven responses.
• Keep every interaction consistent with brand tone and service standards.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to improve processes and elevate CX.
