2. Seek continuous improvement in overall productivity through retraining that ensures timely operational development.

3. Develop training materials for new staff.

4. Develop courses tailored to operational needs.

5. Design, implement, and supervise employee growth programs.

6. Monitor the Annual Training Plan.

7. Manage onboarding for Contract Logistics Blue Collar personnel.

8. Collect and manage training evidence (attendance lists and evaluations).

9. Manage and administer the Skill Matrix.

10. Follow up on development plans (9Box, Semillero Geodis, Leadership Academy).

Bachelor's degree completed by the end of
