Driving Regional Growth
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities that align with our company's manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Americas region.
- Develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead for key multinational clients.
- Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams and influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced Excel skills; CRM familiarity.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe.Benefits
