Driving Regional Growth

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities that align with our company's manufacturing capabilities.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Americas region.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead for key multinational clients.
  • Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams and influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced Excel skills; CRM familiarity.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe.
