Program Manager

Responsibilities

_ :

Managing the daily / weekly / Monthly SLA / KPI / MIS reports preparation

Managing the daily KPIs and work allocation

Responsible for preparation of all daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly governance slides

Managing the team and their leave / Vic / appraisals

Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process

Manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines

Understanding the clients requirements and be on top in delivering

Should be involving in day to day operations and should be performing transactions on need basis

Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
