Mexico Commercial Legal Advisor

The Counsel will provide hands-on support across all brands and departments in Mexico, focusing on contracts, marketing, litigation, wholesale, and distributors. They will structure, negotiate, and execute various agreements, including real property agreements and professional services agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Structure and negotiate agreements with clients and colleagues on a wide range of legal matters.
• Present legal advice and data to support business decisions, developing processes and best practices to ensure timely review and regulatory compliance.
• Construct relationships with functional leaders and stakeholders to improve agreement and marketing review processes.
• Develop educational modules and trainings to mitigate risk, increase efficiency, and improve communication and partnership.

Job Requirements :

The Counsel position requires a highly-motivated and independent thinker with excellent verbal and written skills, who is exceptionally-organized and respectful of others. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of related experience, preferably with a focus on commercial agreements and marketing.
