El Key Account Executive, Global - WM es responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para impulsar el crecimiento de la categoría de productos en colaboración con Walmart a nivel global. Este rol se centra en maximizar las oportunidades de venta de productos de temporada y de fondo, así como en la introducción exitosa de innovaciones en el portafolio de productos. El candidato ideal será un líder estratégico y orientado a resultados, con un profundo conocimiento del proceso de Walmart y la capacidad de conectar equipos multifuncionales para lograr objetivos comunes.
Education / Certifications :
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado
Job specific requirements :
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de categoría personalizadas para Walmart, enfocándose en productos de temporada y de fondo.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión de la categoría en colaboración con el cliente.
Analizar tendencias del mercado y del consumidor para adaptar las estrategias de categoría.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing y desarrollo de productos para asegurar la alineación con las necesidades del cliente
Implementar nuevas metodologías y enfoques para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de las operaciones
Asegurar la ejecución impecable de los planes y proyectos en el punto de venta.
Realizar un seguimiento detallado de las ventas (sell-through) y otros indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
Generar informes precisos y oportunos sobre el rendimiento de la categoría y las iniciativas.
Experiencia demostrable en gestión de cuentas clave, preferiblemente con Walmart.
Experiencia en desarrollo de categorías y gestión de portafolios de productos.
Conocimiento profundo del proceso de Walmart y sus operaciones.
Habilidad para leer y analizar datos de Power BI y otras herramientas de análisis.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multifuncionales.
Enfoque estratégico y capacidad para pensar de manera innovadora.
