Test Equipment Engineer / Section Manager (TE)

We are seeking a skilled Test Equipment Engineer / Section Manager (TE) to join our team in the electrical / electronic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and manage test processes to ensure product quality and reliability, while leading and guiding a team of technicians and operators.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing equipment and PC malfunctions.
• Perform set-up, operation, maintenance, modification, and calibration of testing equipment.
• Adjust equipment and update programs to maintain required tolerances.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
• Ensure equipment uptime meets or exceeds department standards.
• Organize and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Provide guidance and leadership to technicians and operators.
