Experience : 6-8 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium to join our remote team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, collaborating with agile teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Teams to define and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for web-based applications.
  • Monitor and support continuous integration and test automation pipelines.
  • Create and maintain test documentation ensuring completeness and traceability.
  • Report defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with teams for resolutions.
  • Execute manual testing when required.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 6-8 years of QA testing experience, with strong focus on Selenium automation.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, CI / CD, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (spoken) and English (preferred).
