We are leading digital commerce software, payments and services in Mexico and are scaling our base of small and medium merchants by driving acquisition across Core Channels : Retail, Resellers and Field Sales.
This position requires a highly strategic, execution-focused leader who will align channels with the Payments and GTM strategy and manage a large, diverse team.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end acquisition strategy and the P&L for Core Channels.Lead and develop a team of more than 150 people across three verticals : Retail : execute commercial plans with major retail partners; manage negotiations, inventory flows and in-store execution.Resellers : redesign the model toward a scalable channel enabled by technology (lead capture, funnel conversion, engagement and incentive models).
Field Sales : scale a direct sales force (door-to-door); drive field supervision, recruiting, training and compensation models.Identify and activate growth levers for each channel, ensuring cost efficiency and impact per person.Define and evolve the go-to-market strategy and value proposition for small businesses.Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Finance to optimize the acquisition funnel, build the right tools and influence roadmaps priorities.Monitor and be responsible for channel KPIs weekly and monthly with rigor and urgency (GPV / TPV M0, CAC, LTV, ROI).
Ideal CandidateAt least 7 years in commercial leadership roles in technology, consulting, fintech or high-growth environments.Experience managing large commercial teams (100+) with high operational complexity.Strong multichannel go-to-market understanding.Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking, especially in ambiguity or changing conditions.Strong analytical skills; ability to dive into numbers and use data to guide decisions and trade-offs.High ownership, resilience, and presence to influence across the organization.Nice-to-have : experience in payments for merchants, retail commercial execution and channel digitization.Technical KnowledgeAnalytical, data-driven mindset.Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency.Clip is an equal opportunity employer.
