About the Role :

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure seamless revenue collection processes. This role is critical in managing accounts receivable, overseeing automated financial processes in Airtable, and ensuring our billing operations run flawlessly. You'll be responsible for making sure invoices are sent out properly, payments are collected efficiently, and our financial data is accurately categorized and reported.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Financial Operations :

• Accounts Receivable Management : Oversee invoice generation, payment collection, and follow-up processes to ensure optimal cash flow
• Financial Process Oversight : Manage and optimize automated financial workflows in Airtable, ensuring all processes run smoothly
• Billing Operations : Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining spotless invoicing procedures across all business entities
• Expense Management : Properly categorize and track business expenses, maintaining organized financial records
• Financial Reporting : Build comprehensive reports on revenue streams, cost analysis, and key financial metrics for leadership decision-making

Weekly Operations :

Financial Reporting : Generate weekly categorized financial reports

Chart of Accounts Management :

Staff Training : Train staff on proper account coding procedures

Weekly Deliverables :

Categorized transaction reports

Exception reports for miscoded items

Chart of accounts utilization summary

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Preferred Qualifications :

Operations Experience : Background in remote finance roles
