What You'll Do
As the B2B Manager, you'll take full ownership of the company's B2B vertical, building and managing strong client partnerships, overseeing projects from planning to execution, and ensuring every experience reflects the brand's visual and professional excellence. This role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include :
B2B Strategy Management
- Take complete ownership of the company's B2B vertical, managing all client accounts and operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the B2B segment, including client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Client & Project Management
Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.Plan and manage multiple projects, handling logistics, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.Financial & Administrative Tasks
Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and invoices.Use spreadsheets to track budgets, payments, and project profitability.Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.Communication & Teamwork
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.Work closely with internal teams, take feedback well, and contribute to a positive team culture.Stay organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.What You Should Have
Must-haves :
At least three years of proven experience in B2B Partnerships and Account Management.At least one year of experience working remotely with clients / companies from the US, UK, CA, and / or AU.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong professionalism and emotional intelligence.Proven track record of strong project management and ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.Strong B2B client relationship-building skills.Basic experience with finance documentation, confident using spreadsheets for budgeting, tracking, and reportingExperienced in setting up and managing client agreements, proposals and billing.Skilled in using spreadsheets to track metrics, issue logs, and delivery timelines.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing and meeting tight deadlinesMust be tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools, CRMs, and project management platforms like Monday.com.Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or Microsoft Office Suite for communication and reporting.Proficiency in managing and meticulously organizing Cloud Storage / File Sharing (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).Ability to quickly grasp and apply in-depth company knowledge of the products, services, and new features.Technology Specifications :
