Digital Total Rewards Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Senior Total Rewards team to design and implement competitive total rewards programs that align with organizational objectives and market trends. This will involve leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize processes and ensure agility and efficiency in all aspects of total rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits administration, with experience in salary analysis, market survey analysis, and benefits administration. Proficiency in tools such as SuccessFactors and Google Workspace is also highly desirable.
