Overview

The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery to ensure client objectives are met through an effective service. The role involves interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages, and managing schedules, budgets, and contracts with general contractors and other vendors / consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery and ensure client objectives are met.
• Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Manage project schedule and budgets; oversee general contractors and other contracted vendors / consultants.
• Review construction, assess work-in-place, approve capital expenditure spends, and revise cost estimates as needed.
• Plan, organize, schedule, direct and control the delivery of the project to meet deadlines.
