About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Design Engineer to join our Product Development Team in Guadalajara. The successful candidate will report directly to the CAD Manager and be responsible for designing complex projects related to electric vehicle components.

Main Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and customers to perform concept design & redesign at both component and Assembly level from RFQ to Production launch.
• Establish timelines and deliver as per project requirements, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and / or contribute in design review meetings, documenting results and decisions.
• Provide technical drawing assistance to the manufacturing floor to ensure specified design requirements are met.
• Support build-to-print projects according to company standards.
