Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Software Development team. In this role, you will support Ria’s Core Development team in building and maintaining enterprise systems that directly support our global money transfer operations. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-impact solutions that are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for enhancements or redesign.
• Designing and maintaining functional and technical specifications and system flow documentation.
• Coordinating with development teams to implement new systems, upgrades, and integrations.
• Supporting system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring ongoing system reliability.
• Documenting systems and workflows, and delivering training to internal teams as needed.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and recommending solutions that improve our systems and processes.
