Support our customers by providing them with a personalized experience.

One year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (desirable).

Proficient in Windows PC applications, including MS Office and the Internet.

Sensitive and articulate verbal and written communication skills in both English (advanced B2-C1) and Spanish.

18 of legal age and have complete documentation (CURP, NSS, CONSTANCIA FISCAL, etc.)

Qualified candidates must be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.

Must be able to be a problem solver, creative and analytical with a passion for excellent customer service.Job Type : full-time- Immediate Hire - HomeOffice.

Onboarding / Training :

• 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM ? 2 days off
