OnsiteWe at Coforge are hiring Call Center Representative with the following skillset :
Handleinbound voice callswith professionalism and customer focus.
Provide support on the following products and services :
Credit Cards(including reporting lost / stolen cards)
Checking & Savings Accounts
Debit Cards
Online Accounts & Mobile Banking
Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits
Loans & Mortgages
Other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
Inform customers ofaccount statusand complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
Document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.Requirements
~6–9 monthsof call center experience (BFSI experience preferred).
~ English proficiency : B2+ to C1.
~ Mustlive within 1.5 hoursof the site.
~ Ability to work a 10-hour shiftwithin hours of operation (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM).
~ Comfortable with schedule : two 15-minute breaksandone 30-minute lunch.
~ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
~ Ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.Location : Mexico City (on-site)
Schedule : 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)
Hours of Operation : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Experience Required : 6–9 months in a call center environment
English Level : B2+ to C1
