Objective :
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of financial information in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local legislation, and Mercedes-Benz corporate policies. This role oversees the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements, accounts receivable, and general accounting, ensuring alignment with external and internal requirements. The position also manages communications with external auditors to support audit processes and safeguard accounting disclosures. Additionally, the manager ensures strong internal controls, adherence to corporate guidelines (4EP, Segregation of Duties), and continuous process improvement.

Profile
Education : Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Previous experience : 5-8 years in accounting; 2+ years financial statement / reporting.
Languages : Advanced English
Additional Qualifications : SAP, IFRS, accounting rules.
