Plant Financial Controller

Overview

Plant Finance Controller to oversee the financial health and performance of one of the strategic production sites in Mexico. This role requires a hands-on finance leader with proven success in complex manufacturing environments, combining people management with deep expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, cost control, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
• Strategic partnership with site leadership on profitability, CAPEX / OPEX, and investment analysis
• Oversight of compliance with local and international tax and regulatory frameworks
• Development of internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks
• Leadership of finance teams, driving talent development and cross-functional alignment
• Proven record in cost control, inventory management, and tax compliance
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English and Spanish; CPA a plus
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes
