Financial Planning JR Manager for Mexico. Provide support to the Regional Financial Planning Manager by generating and analyzing financial information for Mexico operations for decision-making, ensuring that operations are carried out in a controlled environment, ensuring that all information is reported reliably, consistently, and in a timely manner, and that operations in Mexico are carried out in accordance with procedures and policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the monthly issuance of financial statements and reports for Mexico in the reports established by the Head Office, to meet the reliable information requirements for decision-making by the Manager, Senior Management, Head Office, and third parties.
- Prepare the business plan and projections for the region, integrating information from different areas to issue monthly financial statements.
- Ensure that financial and accounting operations are reported correctly monthly, quarterly, and annually to guarantee the issuance of corporate financial statements and that they comply with current head office regulations.
- Ensure the monthly design, operation, and updating of the system's databases using the company's financial reporting model for Mexico by reviewing and updating the organization's current organizational structure to be able to issue the information required by users with access to it in a reliable and orderly manner.
- Monthly monitor the annual Opex budget and coordinate compliance with the CAPEX capital goods investment project, based on the guidelines established in the Annual Business Plan to present the results. Comparatives that serve as a basis for the company's decision-making.
- Issuing explanations for monthly variations in the financial statements for the evaluation, monitoring, and financial performance of Mexico on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with the goal of providing management with accurate and timely information on profitability and liquidity.
