Your TasksJob Objective

Manage the activities of the Technical Services department to meet KPIs and realize the HELLA leadership model across all four dimensions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization of Technical Services in terms of headcount, budgeting, employee development, training, and technological improvements to enhance competitiveness.
• Control and supervise methods, processes, and manufacturing techniques in collaboration with stakeholders. Support strategic planning and ongoing operations to optimize performance and achieve capital expenditure targets.
• Monitor market trends and technological advancements to keep services, processes, and resources up to date.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and resources to ensure smooth production, adhering to schedules and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate medium- and long-term capital investments and planning.
• Design and optimize material and resource creation and commissioning, considering available technical and human resources.
