Your TasksJob Objective

Ensure continuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System and related processes (e.g., Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in compliance with current norms, certification rules, and customer requirements, in collaboration with the quality network.

Audits and Quality System

• Plan, prepare, and conduct internal, customer, and external system audits according to relevant criteria.
• Support internal auditors within the global HELLA network.
• Create and maintain local process documentation for the Quality Management System in coordination with process owners.
• Implement new methods and processes, and provide specialized training.
• Prepare reports and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with central quality departments to develop and implement improvements in the Quality Management System.
