Project Coordinator

We're redefining the way people work inside their vehicles by delivering superior automotive seating solutions to our customers.As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you'll develop projects to improve processes and daily activities in our plant.

Your tasks will include coordinating talent acquisition initiatives, such as intern visits, projects with universities, and job affairs.You'll be responsible for elaborating talent acquisition reports, registering new employees in our internal system, and preparing documentation for onboarding.To succeed in this role, you'll need : Bachelor degree in PsychologyAvailability to work on site (Yanfeng Seating MTY)English Intermediate skillsProactive, analytical, innovative, teamwork, and conversational skillsThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of automotive seating technologies.
