Head of Finance

Location : Remote LATAM (CST working hours : 9am–6pm)

Salary Range : $2,000 – $4,000 USD / month

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Finance to act as a strategic partner to leadership—driving financial clarity, forecasting, and building scalable systems.

This role is centered on strategy, forecasting, and automation , while daily accounting operations will be handled by the Controller. The Director of Finance ensures accurate reporting, strong cash flow management, and actionable insights to guide the company’s path to $100M+ growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable financial systems and forecasting models to support growth to $100M+.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with ≤10% variance vs. actuals.
• Own the monthly close process; deliver P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow by the 20th of each month.
• Maintain a weekly-updated, rolling 12-month cash forecast with zero overdrafts or missed payments.
• Implement cash optimization strategies each quarter (e.g., vendor terms, debt structuring, float strategies).
• Automate workflows for expenses, reimbursements, travel, and company card usage.
• Deliver an ERP implementation plan by Month 6, reducing manual reporting by 25% in Year 1.
• Provide monthly EBITDA analysis and drive initiatives that increase profitability by at least 2% in Year 1.
