We're looking for a Junior Electrical Design Engineer at our Rojo Gómez Plant in Mexico City .

What will you do?

Take the Lead with These Responsibilities :

• Review and validate the design and application of medium-voltage distribution boards (panelboards) to ensure alignment with customer requirements and technical standards.
• Execute the mechanical and electrical engineering of orders for production and testing.
• Collaborate with the local manufacturing plant and the U.S.-based Smyrna plant to resolve production-related technical issues.
• Provide technical support to sales engineers and contribute to product demonstrations and customer training.
• Troubleshoot and support the startup of new systems at customer sites.
• Stay current with industry standards, power systems regulations, and engineering best practices.

You will report to the Project Engineering Supervisor

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and the U.S.-based engineering team in Smyrna. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and collaboration across departments.
