Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team for a full-time assignment focused on high-impact automotive initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with advanced technical capabilities in electrical design who can contribute to international and domestic projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop detailed electrical engineering for control panels and field devices, ensuring compliance with American and European standards.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials, manufacturing drawings, connection diagrams, and safety documentation.
- Collaborate with purchasing and project management teams, supporting manufacturing and assembly personnel.
- Act as the electrical lead in client-facing projects, participating in meetings and delivering documentation.
- Ensure designs meet safety performance levels and categories.
- Work with global teams to align on project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience in electrical design, preferably in the automotive sector and robotic cell development.Software Proficiency :Advanced EPLAN (including Macros and Preplanning)Intermediate ProPanel and AutoCADAutoCAD Electrical (desirable)Technical Knowledge :Electrical and pneumatic engineeringUnifilar diagrams (Power, Control, Safety, Networks)BOM creation and tray routingElectrical and pneumatic consumption calculationsSafe distance calculationsMotor and VFD selectionPLC selection (Siemens, Allen Bradley)Machinery safety standards (Performance Level, Categories)Soft Skills : Strong teamwork, responsibility, and commitment to project development.Languages : Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.Travel Readiness : Must be available for international travel and domestic travel.What You Can Expect
