Role : Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and scale reporting dashboards and data pipelines to monitor the performance of global paid media campaigns across channels (e.g., display, video, search, and affiliate).Partner with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product teams to define KPIs and develop metrics frameworks that support customer acquisition goals.Perform deep-dive analysis on paid media effectiveness and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights.Support marketing attribution modeling, experimentation, and campaign incrementality measurement in collaboration with data science partners.Build automation and self-service tools to enable faster, more accurate campaign decision-making.Translate complex data into clear narratives and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels, from marketing specialists to senior leadership.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across multiple sources including campaign management tools, internal data lakes, and third-party platforms.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.3–5+ years of experience in BI, marketing analytics, or data engineering, preferably in a digital media or e-commerce environment.Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and querying large-scale datasets.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including paid media attribution, funnel metrics, CAC / LTV, and ROI measurement.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
