Job Description

As a leader in luxury retail, our brand seeks an exceptional Brand Manager to spearhead the success of our stores. This dynamic individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Manage all aspects of retail store operations, including budget allocation, talent attraction and retention, and inventory ownership.
• Lead by example to provide industry-leading customer service, building guest loyalty through in-store experiences.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer service issues, ensuring detailed responses to customer problems and complaints.
• Serve as a market expert regarding competitive environment, talent network, and opportunities for strategic brand positioning.
• Achieve sales goals, including store sales, inventory KPIs, performance management, and timekeeping for payroll.
• Oversee client interactions, ensuring that each client advisor provides a tailored, personal, and memorable experience aimed at growing client retention.
• Coordinate staff training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, sales technique, stock management, and ensure these tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
• Set reasonable sales objectives for staff and review them systematically, identifying possible areas of improvement to promote achievement of sales objectives.
• Assign and delegate responsibilities to each member of the team, monitoring performance and contribution to store success.
• Carry out year-end staff evaluations and identify potential future candidates for the store to build a bench of talent.
