Luxury Retail Store Manager

About the Position :

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Brand Manager to oversee all aspects of retail store operations.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales, inventory management, and staff training while maintaining a luxury setting that conveys a sense of home to customers.

Duties :

• Manage all retail store activities, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead by example to provide industry-leading customer service and build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer complaints and issues using best-in-class customer service techniques.
• Achieve sales and performance goals, including store sales, inventory KPIs, and timekeeping for payroll purposes.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Assign and delegate responsibilities to team members, monitoring their performance and contribution to store success.
• Analyze reporting data, including sell-through, productivity, sales results, and customer information, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
