The AI Group Product Manager (AI GPM) will report to the Enterprise AI Product Lead.

The AI GPM will be responsible for product strategy for all AI products aligned to their product group.

This person will define and execute the strategic vision for the group product area, overseeing multiple products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Leveraging deep expertise in AI technologies along with product management & development, the successful candidate will deliver innovative AI-powered products across the enterprise.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and execute AI group product strategies aligned with the company's objectives and business goals, identifying key areas where AI will add value.

Lead the development of comprehensive product roadmaps for AI solution patterns, identifying key components & capabilities, prioritizing opportunities, and setting clear goals and milestones.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous product optimization and value realization.

Build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap updates.

Gather feedback, understand requirements, and align product strategies with business goals.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise business and technology roadmaps / strategies.

Define KPIs / OKRs and metrics to measure AI product performance and track progress against objectives.

Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and thought leadership internally and externally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Expertise in implementation of AI / ML / DL-driven strategies.

7+ years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and / or product management.

Deep insights into the biotech / healthcare AI / digital environment.

Deep technical understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language, computer vision, generative AI etc.

Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions from concept to production deployment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex technical concepts & new technologies into products that deliver clear business value.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and achieve results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of AI technology to create transformative solutions.
