Business Unit Leader

Descripción del trabajoSupervisar la planeación y ejecución de rutas de transporte escolar y de personal. Garantizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la flota. Optimizar la asignación de unidades y operadores para maximizar eficiencia y reducir costos. Desarrollar estrategias para retención y crecimiento de cuentas corporativas y escolares. Negociar contratos con clientes institucionales, empresas y escuelas. Monitorear la calidad del servicio y resolver incidencias críticas. Coordinar y evaluar al equipo directivo y gerencial. Implementar programas de capacitación y seguridad vial para operadores. Fomentar una cultura organizacional basada en el servicio, la seguridad y la mejora continua. Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto anual. Supervisar la rentabilidad de rutas, costos de combustible y gastos de mantenimiento. Garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y regulatorias. Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de transporte federal, estatal y municipal. Supervisar la documentación y permisos de unidades y operadores. Implementar protocolos de seguridad y prevención de accidentes. Operación de transporte y logística. Regulaciones y normativas de transporte en México. Gestión de mantenimiento vehicular. Planeación estratégica y gestión financiera. Liderazgo y toma de decisiones. Negociación y gestión comercial. Orientación a resultados y servicio al cliente. Comunicaci f3n efectiva y manejo de crisis. Capacidad analítica. Adaptabilidad al cambio. Alta orientación a la seguridad y cumplimiento.

Puesto : Gerente General
Ubicación : Saltillo, Coahuila
Propósito del puesto
Liderar la operación integral de la empresa de transporte, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos, operativos, financieros y de calidad en el servicio. Garantizar la seguridad, eficiencia y satisfacción de los clientes, optimizando recursos y fomentando un ambiente de trabajo de alto desempeño.
Responsabilidades principales :
- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar el plan estratégico de la compañía.
- Establecer y monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para asegurar el cumplimiento de metas operativas, comerciales y financieras.

Cumplimiento normativo
Formación académica : Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Transporte, Logística o afín. Maestría deseable.
Experiencia : Mínimo 8-10 años en posiciones similares en transporte de personal, escolar o de pasajeros, con manejo de flotas superiores a 250 unidades.
