Sales Development Representative

Descripción del trabajo2+ years of experience in sales. Advanced conversational English (mandatory). Strong interest in sales, active prospecting, and client interaction. Interest in the financial sector. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Uncapped, highly competitive commission structure. Base salary : $30,000 MXN net per month. Quarterly performance bonus. Location : Avenida Santa Fe (across from Parque La Mexicana). Work modality : On-site. Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm; Friday, 9 : 00 am – 1 : 00 pm. Full legal benefits. Package of superior benefits.

About the Role : Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new leads in LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls, messages) and schedule discovery calls.
- Qualify prospects and support in commercial follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Create and adapt sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, decks).
- Keep the CRM database up to date.
