AT&T is looking for aLead Tech Product Managerbased in Mexico City with a passion for AI-driven technologies.

In this role, you will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (AI), conversational platforms, and Google Cloud technologies, especially those who have implemented solutions using Google Dialogflow or IVR / chatbot frameworks.

What you will do

Technical Product Vision and Strategy : Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape—with a focus on integrating AI, conversational, and IVR technologies to elevate customer experiences.

Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration : Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.

Champion the adoption of AI and cloud-based solutions, such as Google Dialogflow, within AT&T's product suite.

Product Development and Requirements Management : Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.

Customer-Centric Product Management : Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise : Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.

Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

What you will need

Proven experience managing technical software products end-to-end from problem definition to rollout / change management (telecommunications software experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience with AI, IVR, chatbot, or conversational AI technology implementation (such as Google Dialogflow or similar platforms) is highly desirable.

Experience with Google Cloud Suite application development is a strong plus.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.

A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.

Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product.

Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR writes epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.

What you will bring

Experience : 5+ years of product management or technical project / program management experience

Fully bilingual : Must speak, read and write in English

Direct experience with Google Dialogflow, AI chatbot solutions, IVR, OR Google Cloud Platform is a significant advantage.

This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into an office 1-2 times per week.
