With a strong presence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, the company is now strengthening its footprint in Mexico and Colombia — two key logistics and manufacturing hubs in the region.
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Account Relationship Executive with a proven background in supply chain technology, logistics, and cargo security . This senior-level role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers in the supply chain, logistics, and security sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion : Lead business development initiatives across Mexico and Colombia, driving growth in the LATAM region.
- Client Acquisition : Leverage your professional network to expand the customer base, targeting multinational and regional enterprises.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Implement and manage account-based sales strategies with a 3–9-month sales cycle, securing 5–10 new clients per year.
- Revenue Generation : Achieve annual sales targets of USD 1M–2M through new business development and strategic account growth.
- Consultative Selling : Present ROI-driven solutions for cargo protection, theft prevention, and real-time monitoring to logistics and security leaders.
- Negotiation & Closing : Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal operations and customer success teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in global logistics, cargo security, supply chain visibility , or secure transportation services .Proven success in solution-based, consultative sales (not product sales).Strong relationships and experience engaging with C-level executives in logistics, supply chain, or security operations.Deep understanding of cargo risk management , theft prevention, and IoT or real-time monitoring technologies .Balanced experience : 50% business development / 50% account management.Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a global, fast-paced scale-up environment.Fluent in English and Spanish ; Portuguese is a plus.Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator , HubSpot CRM , and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel occasionally across the region for client meetings and industry events.Preferred Profile
