Requirements
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Marketing roles at Fintech & Financial Services companies or CPG.Years of experience : 2-3 years.Technical skills : Proficiency in data visualization tools.Experience with marketing analytics platforms.Knowledge of CRM data and experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with AI platforms.Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting.Soft skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.Academic background : Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.Nice to have Skills and Qualifications
