We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Development Executive to design and deliver global programs that drive organizational capability, leadership team effectiveness, culture enhancement, and member experience.
This role requires strategic partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners to execute talent processes, develop high-potential team members, and identify solutions for critical leadership development issues. Additionally, the ideal candidate will build strategies, initiatives, and coaching programs to engage, motivate, retain, and maximize team performance.
The Global Talent Development Executive will be responsible for designing, delivering custom solutions, roadmaps, and interventions for leaders to enhance their performance and cultural practices. Furthermore, this role involves increasing leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for building an inclusive culture by addressing areas of improvement and creating a belonging environment for all team members.
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS INFLUENCING LEADERS TO ENGAGE IN CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AS A COMPONENT OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration skills, and advanced English, Spanish, Portuguese desired.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Global Talent Development Executive will demonstrate ability to develop, analyze, interpret data driving thoughtful recommendations and actions. This role also requires influencing, negotiating, managing multiple stakeholders, competing interests, timelines, leadership organization effectively.
- Key Responsibilities :

Requirements
Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development required; Masters Coaching Certification preferredMinimum 10 years related experience in Organizational Development complex multi-site organization preferablyCoaching facilitation experience, embodies a coaching mindset, cultivates trust, safety, cares about improving lives by building exceptional leaders, teams Demonstrated ability and experience in being a trusted advisor asking probing questions, influencing confidently making recommendationsExcellent communication, collaboration skills, persuading, influencing Advanced English, Spanish, Portuguese desiredDemonstrated ability to develop, analyze, interpret data driving thoughtful recommendations, actions Ability to influence, negotiate, manage multiple stakeholders, competing interests, timelines, Leadership organization effectively
