We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team in Mexico City.
As a recruitment rockstar, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the U.S. market.
Your primary objective will be to source, screen and schedule top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
Responsibilities
- Talent matchmaking : You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates who meet our clients' staffing needs, culture and goals.
- Client collaboration : You will partner with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Candidate champion : As a single point of contact, you will guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Pipeline mastery : You will develop and execute creative outreach strategies to re-engage, redeploy and retain top talent within our pipeline.
- Data-driven results : You will maintain precision in ATS systems and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
Language proficiency : Advanced conversational English is required.Recruitment experience : A minimum of 6 months of experience recruiting in the U.S. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment, is necessary.At least 1 year of experience in sourcing / recruitment is also required.Organized and strategic thinking : You must be able to craft and execute effective recruitment plans while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Key Skills
